If the number you want to top up has not received the credit, we invite you to check a few things first :
- Order status : Even if your payment has been validated, sometimes the operator is unable to send the top-up. So check the status of your purchase in your customer area. If your order has not been validated, it will automatically be refunded to the credit card used to make the purchase.
- Top-up code : If your purchase has been validated, the top-up may work with a PIN code. Go to the MONI application, in the ‘transfers’ tab, to find your purchase history and retrieve your PIN code. Make sure you follow the steps requested by the operator and enter the correct code. Please note that this code is different from your order number.
- Waiting time : If the top-up is made without a PIN code, it is sent almost instantaneously. It can take up to 10 minutes with some operators before the top-up is credited to the phone.
