When you purchase a topup, in the “transfers” tab of your MONI customer area, you can see whether the topup is credited directly or works with a PIN code.
If you buy a topup with a code, it will be available on the application once the purchase has been validated. Please note that the code is never sent by email.
To retrieve the code associated with your topup, go to the “Transfers” section of your MONI customer area, on the MONI application. There you'll find a history of all your purchases. Simply click on the one that interests you to see the details and retrieve the associated code.
💡 Tip: your last purchase is also visible on the homepage of your MONI customer area.
