When you make a top-up purchase on the MONI pages, you can see whether the top-up is direct send or PIN code operated.
If you buy a top-up with a code, this code will be available on your customer area once the purchase is validated. Please note that the code is never sent by email.
To retrieve the code associated with a top-up, go to the "Purchases" section of your MONI customer area. You will find the history of all your purchases. Just click on the one you are interested in to see the details and retrieve the associated code.
💡 Tip: your last purchase is also visible on the homepage of your MONI customer area.
