Don't worry!
If the status of your transaction appears as “Cancelled” or “Refunded”, this means that we have already processed the refund. The refund is automatically made to the credit card used for the purchase, and will be visible on your account according to your bank's lead times (usually within 2 to 4 working days).
If the status of your order is different, this means that the transaction has not been cancelled, and it is normal for you to see a debit on your account.
