MONI reimburses the transaction as soon as it is cancelled, to the card used for the purchase.
The funds will then appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times (within 2 to 4 working days).
If you have not received the funds after this time, we invite you to :
- Check that your transaction has been cancelled and refunded to your MONI customer account (we'll also send you a confirmation e-mail).
- Contact our customer service department to obtain a refund receipt that will enable you to contact your bank.
