MONI will refund the transaction to the card used for the purchase as soon as it is cancelled.
The funds will then appear in your account according to your bank's deadlines (usually within 2 to 4 working days).
If you have not received the funds after this time, we invite you to :
- Check that your transaction has been cancelled and refunded to your MONI customer account (we will also send you a confirmation email)
- Contact our customer service to obtain a proof of reimbursement that will allow you to contact your bank.
