Don't panic!
If the status of your transaction appears as "Cancelled" or "Refunded", it means that we have already proceeded with the refund. This is automatically done on the credit card used for the purchase and will be visible on your account according to your bank's delays (generally, within 2 to 4 working days).
If the status of your order is different, it means that the transaction has not been cancelled and it is normal that you will see a debit on your account.
If you are unsure or if the refund time is longer, please contact us and we will be able to provide you with a proof of refund.
