To be topped up, the phone number entered must :
- Correspond to the country and operator selected.
- Be compatible with the chosen top-up. Please note that some rate plans cannot be topped up, so check first!
Most operators are able to recognize if a number cannot be topped up, but it sometimes happens that the operator doesn't have the means to do so and sends the credit even to incompatible numbers.
