Of course, the amount of the top-up remains entirely at your expense.
If you find that you are being charged for a purchase, we invite you to go to the "Settings" section of your customer area and click on the tab dedicated to MoniPlus in order to check the status of your subscription.
- If your subscription has been cancelled, don't worry, you will be able to subscribe again when you make a purchase.
- If your subscription is active, do not hesitate to contact our support. We are here to help you and make sure your benefits are applied correctly.
Your membership may be suspended if we are unable to charge the subscription fee to the credit card provided. In this case, you will be sent an email inviting you to rectify the situation. To take advantage of your subscription again, simply update your credit card information from the MoniPlus space in your account.
